From heritage inspired dining rooms to technology driven cinema rooms, K&D bring their uncompromising pursuit of perfection to every project they accept, combining their skills of design and manufacture with the levels of service that the owners of properties with true distinction have the right to expect.

The majority of our current work lies in residential properties valued between £8m – £15m, based in the UK and abroad. Smaller bespoke projects do arise from time to time, which are tailored to our clients budgets.

We are happy to lead projects and proud to have a portfolio that includes a major refurbishment of Brocket Hall, a magnificent Grade 1 listed property on the outskirts of Welwyn, Hertfordshire that is now home to exclusive banquets and conferences, luxurious bedrooms, two championship golf courses and the world famous Auberge du Lac restaurant.

Working Together

However, we also take pride in working as trusted sub-contractors as we did on the £54 million Charters in Sunningdale, an exciting project that included the refurbishment of the original Grade 2 listed Mansion and the construction of the Garden House and the Court House apartment buildings. K&D crafted all the interior joinery as well providing on-site project management and co-ordination of all the specialist trades involved.

In Surrey, we are the favoured sub-contractor to Heritage Design and Build, famous for their application of unlimited imagination to the creation of the finest limited additions. Their motto is ‘From Inspiration Comes Perfection’, at K&D Specialist Interiors we are proud that we contribute to both.
